Billing & Plans

Configured FilterIQ plan prices, catalogue limits and private-preview billing terms.

Billing & Plans

FilterIQ is in private preview. Request access to confirm availability, usage billing, trial eligibility and current terms before subscribing.

Plans & Pricing

The table shows the public subset of the application's billing configuration. Monthly prices and product limits are indicative preview terms; the offer and Shopify approval screen supplied during onboarding determine the charge you are asked to approve.

PlanMonthly priceProduct limitEnabled features
Free$050Theme integration
Starter$19250Advanced AI, Theme integration, Analytics dashboard
Growth$495,000Metafield filters, Advanced AI, Theme integration, Analytics dashboard
Pro$9910,000Metafield filters, Advanced AI, Theme integration, Priority sync, Analytics dashboard
Plus$19935,000Metafield filters, Advanced AI, Theme integration, Priority sync, Analytics dashboard, Multi-store analytics
EnterpriseFrom $399UnlimitedMetafield filters, Advanced AI, Theme integration, Priority sync, Analytics dashboard, Multi-store analytics

These are configured feature flags. Confirm the workflow and data coverage you need during onboarding; a flag does not establish compatibility with every theme or a particular analytics retention period.

Trial Eligibility

A 14-day trial is configured for Pro; other plans do not have a configured trial. Confirm current availability and eligibility before approving a subscription. Do not assume that changing plan, cancelling or reinstalling creates a new trial.

Usage Billing

Pro, Plus and Enterprise have usage billing configured in addition to the recurring plan charge. Before approval, review the included allowance, usage categories, unit charges and cap shown for your offer. A product-limit recommendation alone does not estimate total usage cost.

Check plan and usage information in the authenticated app's billing area. If information is missing or a charge differs from the offer you accepted, retain the invoice or approval details and contact the team.

Reviewing or Changing a Plan

For a store that already has access:

  1. Open FilterIQ in Shopify admin and review the current plan, usage and product count.
  2. Use the available billing controls to inspect a proposed plan. Confirm its product limit and enabled features.
  3. Review the recurring charge, any usage cap and any trial shown by Shopify before approving a change.
  4. Return to the app and verify the resulting billing state. If approval is cancelled or fails, do not assume that the requested plan is active.
  5. Check catalogue coverage and relevant features after the change.

For a downgrade, cancellation or uninstall, confirm the effective date and any remaining charges in the actual billing flow. Timing, proration and the effect on indexed products must be confirmed before relying on a plan change.

Catalogue Limits

Compare the configured limit with the catalogue you intend to index. If the app reports a limit or incomplete sync, review the current plan and sync status before relying on search coverage.

Keep representative search and filter checks for products near the edge of catalogue coverage. An active billing state alone is not proof that every intended product has been indexed.

Enterprise and Other Commercial Terms

Enterprise starts from $399 per month in the billing configuration, with custom terms to be confirmed. For annual pricing, support arrangements or a custom agreement, contact the team for a written offer. No annual discount or additional contractual entitlement is established by this table.

For data-handling commitments, use the Privacy Policy and DPA. Billing documentation does not change those terms.
